2nd European Climate Diplomacy Day in Tbilisi: the importance of partnerships

Climate diplomacy partnerships are essential to ensure progress in climate action: this is the message that was highlighted during the Climate Diplomatic Day in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 17 June 2015.

Clima East, who attended this event, got the occasion to assist to a presentation of successful climate activities in Georgia and got to display to the participants Clima East Project’s goals, activities and achievements so far, including implemented and ongoing assignemnts of technical assistance through the Expert Facility.

This event was organized by French,German and UK Embassies at the Europe House in Tbilisi, as Georgia recently joined the group of countries celebrating this Climate Diplomacy Day.

The first  Climate Diplomacy Day was held on 9 September 2014 in German, British and French missions in over 30 countries.
